REGISTRATION

Registration will take place this year at Oakland Recreation, NOT at FL VFW.(directions will be posted on the Tournament Page!


Registration will take place this Friday, August 29, from 6:00 pm until 9:30 pm

Items you must submit at registration:

1. Copy of Current state roster
2. Current player cards
3 Current medical release forms
(US Club Soccer teams-Your player registration forms serve as your medical release forms)
