2010 WILDCATS LABOR DAY TOURNAMENT AD JOURNAL

AD FORM AND TEMPLATES ARE AT BOTTOM OF PAGE

The Labor Day Tournament is the club’s biggest fundraiser and every dollar of profit made at the tournament goes directly towards training costs.  The ad journal generates more of the profit than any of the other activities and its success depends on YOU and YOUR TEAM.

Here’s what we need you to do.

Produce a team ad…….we’ve held full page ad costs to the same price as last year ($150) likewise for ads placed by family and friends supporting your soccer players.

• Ask work colleagues, vendors whose services you use, if they would like to place an ad in the journal.  For business ads we have increased the price for a full page to $300, as we think they will be able to pay.
• Provide us with artwork (PDF or jpeg )*, by email to rysajournal@yahoo.com.  Complete and return the form posted on the website with a check payable to RYSA Wildcats to the address above…………..that’s it!!

*If anyone just wants to repeat last year’s ad that’s fine,

just let us know the details we have last years artwork

We are making the same request we made last year …...  that each team provides $450 worth of ads.  If you have one full page business ad plus a team ad that’s enough.  If you can get two full page business ads FANTASTIC!

Last years ad journal made over $10,000 for the club and we can do even better this year.  Remember it all goes back towards the clubs training costs.
